Docker Implementation #2

I'm getting a error when run this through docker, take a look here to see the implementation.

It's depends on go_ibm_db2 Mybe need to set some ENV or rebuild. Later on,I will test docker.Or,can you privode logs.

Your Dockfile DB driver path is different from my build CGO_LDFLAGS（IBM_DB_DIR=/home/db2inst1/sqllib). So you must rebuild it。
