The crash log you sent points to chunk reading being the issue, which is an area of the game that DeathLog does not touch - at all. What made you come to the conclusion that DeathLog could be the culprit?

I had deleted every other mod on the server but Deathlog. Delete Deathlog it works, roll back server issue happens. remove deathlog fixed

It could be in theory the amount of deaths on the server
