Why does this PR include Cardinal Components?

Forget to elaborate this, sorry.

Without Cardinal Components, I was unable to build the mod. It failed here. readFromNbt was not presented as well as whole Cardinal Components Base. I think it happened because of this comit in Trinkets mod.

Perhaps this problem could have been solved in a different way, but I wasn't able to.
