Added language file support #20

As the title says, use language file instead of hard coding texts directly in code

As 1.17 is no longer maintened, could you instead open this PR for 1.18? Also, this is a good reminder to change the default branch to 1.18, as I assume you didn't intentionally PR this in to 1.17 Cheers
