Group for custom emoji and a dedicated button #1091

I was thinking it would be awesome that We can create group for emoji eg Linux related emoji can be added in Linux group and other emoji to there group can be added into there group.

A dedicated button for only custom emoji which will show group of those custom emoji.

Upstream has implemented categories for custom emojis a while ago, and that has been ported to glitch-soc. Does that fit your use case?
