Mute and Block Notes

Incredibly basic feature here - When you block or mute someone, you should be able to write a private note. Then, be able to see this if you go to their page or in your block/mute list.

This'd be real nice for the common complaint of "I blocked this person because they said some bad shit, but now I forgot and had to go scroll through their profile to double check that I didn't mistakenly block them."

just my personal preference but i think i actually want this more than general purpose user notes

there's a lot to be said for having a piece of information in the right time and place and i think having this information entered when blocking/muting and displayed when looking at blocks/mutes is the most useful way for it

general notes should go somewhere else and have a different workflow

I found this issue while searching before creating an (unrelated) issue myself – since profile notes are now a thing (albeit not listed in the block/mute list), could closing this issue be considered?

(Showing notes in the mute/block list would still be incredibly useful).
