Boosts-only view of home feed #2075

Pitch

A separate feed (or view of the home feed) that contains only boosted posts.

Motivation

The ability to hide boosts from the home feed is very useful, but occasionally I want to see what people are boosting. I do not want to temporarily show boosts and re-scroll through my home feed where I will see them interspersed with everything else.

I think a separate feed only for boosts wouldn't make much sense, but there could be an additional column setting for "Show toots", which filters out regular toots when disabled.
