Readthedocs has moved from readthedocs.io to readthedocs.org.

The documentation is now unreachable.

The documentation still appears accessible at readthedocs.io, and that's the correct link displayed for this project in the RTD console. They may have had a temporary outage, I'm not sure, but this appears to not be a problem at present.
