Teacher recommended removals for 4 and 5 letter words. #28

As per #27, we found a few problematic combinations of 4 and 5 letter objects and predicates. The lists were given to a group of teachers to vet and I have applied their recommendations.

Some of the removals seem pretty innocuous but it turns out kids are masters of euphemism. Some words have been removed just because they're uncommon enough to confuse small children (caboc was new to me).

Hi there - thanks for this PR, and all the work that was put into it!

Dramatically decreasing the word list size can negatively impact apps currently using the package, so I'm going to compile a list of words to add in addition to your deletions here – I just wanted to make sure you had a heads up that this won't be an immediate merge/publish because of that!
