api, switch to v3 #20

v1 and v2 will be deprecated on 2020-03-01. It is unclear if v2 will still be available afterward. According to https://clubhouse.io/blog/api-v3/ it should be a drop in replacement.

@glittershark you may want to double-check your workflow with that endpoint. It seems to be working with the functions I am using.

Just gonna merge it and if it breaks I'll fix it then. Thanks for the PR!

I've contacted CH for them to make a changelog for the API upgrade. I've been told they are working on it.

From CH:

While it won't be possible to create a full changelog, they [devs] did pass on that the main change is the need to update anywhere that it says v2 over to v3 and everything will work. Thankfully, it sounds like a pretty straightforward process!
