Clubhouse has become shortcut. This updates org-clubhouse to become org-shortcut.

FYI I've mostly moved over to https://github.com/glittershark/org-tracker as my new job is using jira instead of ~clubhouse~ shortcut - it attempts to support both, so if you'd like to check that out that'd be great (I can't really test shortcut compatibility as I no longer have access to a shortcut team)
