Feature request: Support Spotify connect #9

Hi there and first of all thanks for taking the time to work on this add-on!

I would like to bring the discussion from the forum into github and "campaign" for integrating Spotify connect into the add-on. As already stated on the forum by others I can join in and say this would actually be the preferred way for me to use Spotify with Kodi. In our household we usually always have our smartphones with us and it is trivially easy to just change music within the spotify app and then have it play back on a bluetooth speaker or other Spotify connect-supported device. Actually, much easier than trying to navigate the Kodi app which - due to the nature of Kodi (not the fault of the app itself) - feels a bit sluggish. We are a lot quicker just switching music around within the official app.

I would even go so far as to say that at least for me, the missing Spotify connect feature is the reason why we still use a WiFi Speaker with Spotify connect integrated instead of the app. It's just that much more convenient than browsing with Kodi (for which we would also have to get up from the table and walk around the corner to look at the TV to see the Kodi UI). When you have guests over and just quickly want to change to a different song or have them join in on the fun and play something from their Spotify app directly to the speakers Spotify connect is again a lot more convenient than giving them access to your Kodi instance, making them download the Kodi remote app, etc.

If we were to be able to designate Kodi as the "Output speaker" using Spotify connect inside our official Spotify app, Kodi would work in the same way as a Sonos speaker would which would be a huge selling point for the app itself as you can use your standard sound system connected to your Kodi box.

Thanks again for your efforts!
