Fix optionally missing album and id keys #1

I run into an issue with playing playlists.

I guess the issue comes from the greyed-out items. Those are not local items but are no longer available on Spotify.

Hi, I did quite a lot of cleaning and updating since your pull request so to avoid merge trouble I've manually added your change. Thanks for that.
