And If I may there is another issue (this one is really strange). Sometimes charts are rendered outside of the screen... Did try to understand why (it's not a style issue)

Sorry, the overlapping issue will continue until version 0.5 of the library. I've to rewrite the rendering code of the library completely in order to solve your issues and others. The new version will be very flexible and also extensible, so users will be capable of design and implement new types of nodes and subtrees.
I have not much time currently but I think I'll get it soon.

Finally i'm quite happy with the version 043 of your lib :)
I have one last "issue":
You can work around this problem setting the boxtype to staff instead of staffleft. Is there a simpler way to prevent overlapping?
