Plugin with id 'com.android.library' not found. #226

Hi everybody I would like to use this API to view the cloud point on android. But I am new to android development. I tried to open the project android helloworld in android studio but I got the following error: Plugin with id 'com.android.library' not found My first question is it is possible to solve my problem using this API? second how to? Excuse me for my bad english I'm not native speaker. Thank you Thank you

Using intructions from this link , I succeded to launch helloworld. Now I would like to know how to launch the points cloud (pcd,ply,mesh...) on this viewer?
