Lever #6 naming #208

For the rollout plan lever please remove the names (Densification, intensification) and include only what is in the brackets. Densification (grid connection within 1km) --> Grid connection within 1 km Intensification (grid connection within 2km)--> Grid connection within 2 km

Names have been updated in the config files. The latter have been uploaded on S3.
