Move domain from GoDaddy to Route53 #45

Right now, only Phil and I have access to the domain. This means if I disappear this creates a big pain for the team. So move the domain to Route53 under the GHU AWS account.

We'll need to clear this with Phil, since he bought it and it's currently on his personal GoDaddy account.

ok so this is a pain in the body parts because it looks like as a delegate i can't really do this. i need to update the contacts to send an email to me instead of phil

right now i'm thinking the best approach is to do this while we're sitting down with phil on the 15th

but for right now i'll at least move the nameservers to amazon
