Script developer workstation setup #10

As a developer I want a script (or some other mechanism) that sets up my developer workstation so I can work on GP with the minimum of fuss and bother.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Developer workstation setup steps documented on wiki
  2. Setup script or tool available on github
  3. Script tested on OS X
  4. Script tested on Windows
  5. Script tested on Linux
