As an analyst I want to register a new data set as part of a data source definition so I can use that data for analysis.

Given	When	Then
Viewing a data source	I click the add Data Set link	I see the new Data Set form
Viewing the new Data Set From	I enter a valid URI for external Data and client the Pull button	The results of the request are shown to me
