Ticket: GWW-121

Main features

Create skeleton loader for all the components used on the reservoir detail page using vuetify Skeleton loaders
Show skeleton loading while one reservoir is loading
Show skeleton loading while multiple reservoirs are loading

If new components are added to the detail page we need to make sure they have a skeleton view.
