feat/GWW-149: Add anomalies visualizer to main map

Ticket: GWW-149

Main features:

• Add control on main map to show the anomalies
• Add date picker to choose the month of the anomalies, from 1995 until 2022
• Define env variable to easily update last available anomalies layer when we upload new data
• Fix error when removing zoomable layers after going to detail page
• Clicking on an anomaly takes you to the reservoir

About the duplicated code warning, it makes sense to have it repeated to follow the architecture we already have for other layers.
