fix: Refactor to improve code quality

Main changes:

• Separate component for ComparisonDatePicker, reusable and reduces the code in ComparisonMap
• Increase reusability in formatTimeSeries, the TODO is now only in one place
• Remove extra semicolon listed as code smell
