We need to prototype and flush out a minimum viable product for lexicon translation. This ticket will serve to organize the work, identify the goals, and define the scope.
At a minimum a translator needs to be able to do the following:
Create a new translation project that scaffolds out all of the files and metadata need for translation - #5
Select a word to translate from a list of all the available words - #3
Open the word entry for editing in a view that allows for editing for each field that needs translated - #4
Preview the word entry in a readonly view - #6
Once we've established a working product, there are a couple other things we'll need to explore in order to scale this beyond a single translator:
Connect the work for multiple people on the same language into a review and aggregation process
Publish reviewed work to a central repository for use by other systems
Reporting system on progress for volunteer coordinators and team leads
Simplify the vscodium UI to remove functionality that's not relevant to a translator
