Not able to write capitalized Ç

It is not possible to write capitalized Ç. I tried to turn on caps lock, but I only get the lowercase ç

The layout is based on a French AZERTY layout, and as such there are specific defects the layout inherits from AZERTY. The letter Ç is not available on an AZERTY keyboard layout. Caps lock should not have any effect. The shift state of this key generated the digit 9 on an AZERTY layout.

AFNOR was scheduled to realease improved AZERTY and BÉPO layouts but I haven't seen it yet. Not sure if it has been released yet, but will investigate.

A few further thoughts:

• the AZERTY keyboard more properly uses a Shift Lock rather than Caps Lock. Will consider appropriate caps stores, ref https://help.keyman.com/developer/language/reference/caps; and
• Virtual keys can use the CAPS and NCAPS shift states, I will need to investigate if all platforms support this, or whether it is restricted to Windows and MacOS. But making use of these shift states may mean refactoring parts of the keyboard layouts and adding substanially more rules for each virtak key you will go from two shift states to four. Even if this refactoring is done, it may not solve the issue with Ç and similar characters. To use caps Lock to enable typing Ç, the behaviour of this key would then be fundamentally different from other keys.
