@seltmann suggested to create a runnable example of how to create TPT report confirm with Kat's reporting template.

@jhpoelen The present reporting fields for TPT do not explicitly include numbers, rather they are more qualitative (list included at the end of this post). We will need to develop a set of "metrics" that we think are useful for reporting TPT interaction numbers and counts.

@zaspelj suggested that we open this up to the group for ideas of what metrics should be reported.

Key outcomes: Training & prof dev opportunities: Result dissemination: Partners (Type of Org, Name, Location, Contribution to TPT) Impact to Parasitology, Entomology, Collections, Disease Ecology? Impact to other disciplines (e.g., Medical)? Impact to Human Resources? Institutional infrastructure resources formed? Informational infrastructure resources formed? Technology transfer? Impact to society beyond science/technology? Change in approach & reason: Problems or delays & resolutions: Changes impacting expenditures: Changes in use of biohazards?

@seltmann Please review the need for explicit R and Sqlite support in context of TPT reporting. Please close if functionality already provided elsewhere or no longer needed.
