workflow - suggest to start with taxon / interaction search first, then constrain geographically. #37

currently, a spatial selection has to be made first, then taxonomic constraints are imposed.

Michelle @mxweber suggested to optimize the tool for first selecting the taxonomic / interaction constraints, then further constrain by geographic region.
