New collections need badges #76

I updated the list today based on what we learned at the Summit and information from Kat. A few collections not previously listed need badgets. @jhpoelen

@seltmann thanks for the updates. I've added placeholder globi_id's to help generate the badges. Note that these should be replaced with more suitable collection ids at some point.
