make citations listed in https://globalbioticinteractions.org/about

data driven with a separate table column for dois.

@Daniel-Mietchen you can find a first list of papers that cited GloBI at https://github.com/globalbioticinteractions/globalbioticinteractions.github.io/blob/main/_data/citations.csv

This tsv has a separate table to dois.
