At quick glance, the data publications contains various pollinator-plant networks expressed in traditional matrix form in text-based csv files.
The data appears to be prepared for human consumption and work is needed to make the data machine readable:

)In an ideal world, the matrices would be transcribed/re-published in a pair-wise "tidy" row format as described in https://tidyr.tidyverse.org/articles/tidy-data.html with example at https://github.com/Extended-Bee-Network/bee-interaction-database .
The matrices can then be reconstructed from that pairwise format if needed.
