@jhpoelen the https://depot.globalbioticinteractions.org/reviews/globalbioticinteractions/ucsb-izc/review-sample.csv files have multiple headers

Thanks for sharing. I noticed some issues with the review-sample earlier today and resolved them. The changes should propagate within a week or so. For now, please use the review-sample.tsv if possible.
