csv file empty #12

the review alignment reports tsv/txt have content, but the csv report is empty.

related to #13 - due to misaligned columns, the csv file could not be generated.

had to revert some of the changes. Re-opening issue, apologies for the delay.

Re-applied fix after rollback. Csv file should now be populated with results. Note that results are in semi-colon separated format.
