Ant species data source #19

This is an authoritative data source for ~25,000 ant names. It is maintained by Steve Shattuck. It would be nice to have it available at some point. https://www.antwiki.org/wiki/Downloadable_Data

@whitfarnum thanks for the suggestion . So far, the Antwiki data is looking nicely organized and accessible. Perhaps @myrmoteras is also interested in getting the Antwiki taxonomic list incorporated into Nomer, and perhaps even explicitly linked to related taxonomic treatments.

fyi @seltmann - perhaps another example of a well used taxonomic resources like DiscoverLife. Neat to see how Antwiki is a little easier to access.
