New matcher to use Brazilian Flora 2020 #135

Hi @jhpoelen

Maybe a nice matcher for nomer might be the Brazilian Flora 2020 project. Here the DwC-A update weekly.

What do you think? It contains taxon names of flora and fungi of Brazil ;-D

@zedomel great idea! Would like to take a stab at implementing it in Nomer?

Hi @jhpoelen

I suggested to include it in nomer, but then I realized that the Brazilian Flora 2020 is integrated in GBIF, so the GBIF Backbone already contains Flora 2020 names.

What do you think? I can implement it in nomer... it will be a very nice exercise if you still think that it is a great idea.

@zedomel I think there's value in using original data sources, instead of their derived datasets.
