provided_interaction_type_label how is elton trimming the data? #4

@jhpoelen @zedomel and I are wondering how elton finds possible interaction type labels. For example, in this spreadsheet of examples: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AxCSJYA5dGSDZKDR-GLRglL-xQQP_Se54J2vpjHGgkQ/edit?usp=sharing

A provided_interaction_type_label is "Assoc. sp." is this the entire phrase? or is elton only printing the part of the field that was matched?

@seltmann Apologies for my late reply.

As far as I know, Elton does direct matching of the provided interaction type label, including funny characters like . .

So "Assoc. sp." is the phrase that proceeds some kind of key-value delimiter. (e.g., Assoc. sp.: Homo sapiens)
