suggest to add EOL's validation rule reference citation/doi to refuted dataset records. #1

Right now, a refutation data record provided by EOL references the dataset from which a refuted record came.

For instance, a record describing Andrena imitatrix's (a bee) flowers visited by something currently is:

argumentTypeName argumentReasonID argumentReasonName interactionTypeId interactionTypeName referenceCitation sourceCitation sourceArchiveURI sourceTaxonId sourceTaxonName sourceTaxonRank sourceTaxonKingdomName targetTaxonId targetTaxonName targetTaxonRank targetTaxonKingdomName
refute EOL-GloBI-validation7 Records of organisms other than plants having flower visitors are probably errors http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RO_0002623 has flowers visited by Seltmann, Katja C. 2020. Suggest to replace the reference citation Seltmann, Katja C. 2020. Biotic species interactions about bees (Anthophila) manually extracted from literature.. Accessed at <https://github.com/Extended-Bee-Network/bee-interaction-database/archive/7aadc58b8ee258e2faa4488e0b9ffb0340563684.zip> on 10 Aug 2020. with a reference to the validation rule that helped generate the refutation record.

An example of such a reference could be:

Katja Schulz. 2020. Records of organisms other than plants having flower visitors are probably errors

Ideally, a url and/or doi would be included to help link the citation to a resource that help provide more information about the rule. Perhaps each rule could be published as a Zenodo publication.

Expressed in a table, this proposed change would look something like:

argumentTypeId argumentTypeName interactionTypeId interactionTypeName referenceDoi referenceCitation sourceCitation sourceArchiveURI sourceTaxonId sourceTaxonName sourceTaxonRank sourceTaxonKingdomName targetTaxonId targetTaxonName targetTaxonRank targetTaxonKingdomName

@KatjaSchulz this issue documents a proposal to reference EOL's rule citation as discussed today.
