IPv6 #22

Test and verify IPV6 support. Most probably broken.

IPv6 works for me at least with link scope addresses (fe80::). I still have to test with global addresses.

Hrrm I forgot about this and just added a second feature here to allow both address classes to be specified based on some work by EvaSDK. Hope this hasn't broken anything :)
