Redirect ghdsi.org to global.health #1604

https://ghdsi.org/ shows a hacked together page. It should probably redirect to https://global.health/.

Similarly, if https://data.covid-19.global.health/ is the new URL, https://curator.ghdsi.org/ should probably redirect to the new URL rather than also serve the content so that the old URL isn't passed around to new users.

These URLs are under the healthmap AWS account now, @Mougk best to reach out to @skdandamudi who owns this, @gtuli may be able to help as well.
