Filters-Search filter removes automatically and could not combine with other given filters on adding #2875

Action Performed:

  1. Open the site https://dev-globalhealth.pantheonsite.io/
  2. Click on G.h. Data
  3. Write any text inside search field i.e. paste
  4. Observe data with filter "q"
  5. Click on applied filter i.e. q-paste
  6. Select verification status filter and select one of the drop-down option i.e. verified status and click apply
  7. Observe data and applied filter(s)

Expected Result: Multiple filters should be able to apply on data

Actual Result: User is not able to apply any other filter with search keyword ("q") filter.

Filters and full text search work as separate features so it is not possible to combine both of them in one request. In the new design full text search won't be available at all, so it will resolve this issue
