German cases not complete, stop at row 4000 #106

Germany added around 70 new cases today, but the spreadsheet only lists around 20?

The cutoff is suspiciously at row 4000, so it could be that some formula somehow only goes till row 4000.

I'm pretty sure there's a bug. The line data only has 610 cases for Germany, but the "cases by country" sheets says 676.

I guess the line data is truncated, whereas the "cases by country" are correct due to not having the truncation problem.
