Including states and provinces for US and Canada #111

Hi all, it would be very useful if there was a state and province in the dataset. I cannot seem to find it as I want to make a heatmap for the USA cases and Canada cases by state and province.

Hi @MODKILLER1001. Thanks for reaching out. Currently, state/province information for the U.S. and Canada appears in the Location column C.

@aimeehan1 image I would like the States or state abbreviation by itself in a column, makes it easier to mass import data
