Nepal
A 26-year-old male Nepali migrant worker, returning from an overseas job in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and suspected to be infected with monkeypox was confirmed to have contracted leprosy instead.

Nepal officially eliminated leprosy as a public health problem in December 2009 and declared elimination in 2010.

However, it seems leprosy continues to be a problem in Nepal:

2019: https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2019/apr/22/nepal-hidden-leprosy
WHO state that Nepal had 2304 leprosy cases in 2020.
The United Arab Emirates had 78 leprosy cases, also in 2020.

Therefore, it does appear as if the monkeypox suspected case in Nepal should be discarded as it is most likely a leprosy case.
Kind regards to all, Themistella
Issue has been fixed. Thank you all.
