Row 177 in the timeline may be a duplicate #15

@jackie-powers commented: "I'm not sure where this data comes from since 6-14 is not a date on USDA. I think it might be a duplicate after going through the data. I'm thinking about deleting it but want to double check that this is the case first. It looks like it's a duplicate row"

@julianasopko responded "upon review and recount of cases Texas had 19 cases before 17-Jun-24 so I do believe this is a duplicate row of 13-June-24 because after adjusting the Texas count the totals are also the same."

Row 177 needs to be reviewed by our curation team @aimeehan1 @scarpino
