Generally format of

is used, however for certain confirmation dates (cells:P11

) value is set toFebruary 2024
. Can we instead of this useYYYY-MM
if we are not certain of a confirmation day? It will be much easier to find a "last updated" date for a given outbreak.Suggested changes:
