I was going through and reviewing the dairy cattle entries in the timeline and I noticed that the USDA no longer has an entry for 6/26 (row 200 in the timeline). The USDA website jumps from 6/25 to 6/28 and I do not see the missing entry (Idaho) on the site nor in the downloaded data set for June-July. When I downloaded the full USDA dataset and looked for the special ID (ID 028), the entry popped up under 2024-05-30. Looking at the WOAH information, the entry (WAHIS_ID: OB_136028 - ID 028 - TWIN FALLS COUNTY) start date is still 2024-06-05.
@julianasopko @jackie-powers @aimeehan1 @scarpino we need to review how we want to handle data reconciliation and how we want to go about discarding/omitting entries on the timeline. Should we also update the outbreak tracking sheets to reflect the USDA date changes?
