Subtype for one human case so far was unable to be identified - does this impact how it will appear on the map? #27

After testing, the CDC was unable to definitively determine the subtype of the human case of bird flu in Colorado on 7/3/24. They suspect it is H5N1 since the cows on the farm where the individual worked had tested positive for that subtype, but they can not say that for sure. I wanted to point this out since we discussed being able to filter by subtype on the map.

team discussion: update map view and terminology to indicate when a filter is being used (i.e., "xx confirmed H5N1 cases" as opposed to "xx confirmed cases")
