Human Cases: Some WHO Links No Longer work #33

I am not sure how the team went about this issue in the past for ebola or mpox, but what are our thoughts: we have some WHO sources that can no longer be reached and they were replaced on the WHO website with a "v2" source (same report, newer version). information on our cases is still the same in these newer versions. Should we link to the web archive for users? each report was archived successfully. do we keep the broken links? or do we link to the v2 reports? we can discuss more as a team tomorrow during our standup.
