We have taken the approach to ensure that G.h's cumulative number of suspected / confirmed cases by location match CDC's cum reported totals each week, even if this means deviation from the new weekly reported case counts.
Sometimes this means adding more or less suspected / confirmed cases than what is reported in the new weekly counts. Case_status can be flipped to Omit_error to account for the discrepancy. A curator note is recorded to make note of the change and the Date_last_modified is updated.
