Vaccine name should be captured from a dictionary list to prevent variation in free text entries

Create a dictionary list for vaccine names ensuring these indicate the pathogen for which they are targeting.

Recommendation: addition of vaccine names as they become available. May need free text before a code is applied in a dictionary list. Following IPS recommendations for coding, vaccine code must be from snomed GPS or ATC
