Describe the bug
When you click on a case in the curator portal, there is a section titled "Curators" that contains two fields: "Created by" and "Verified by." These fields are blank.
Expected behavior
When a curator goes in to edit or verify a case, these fields should contain the names of the curator who created the case and the curator who verified it. For example, if Kelsey created case ID 63 and Aimee verified it, these sections should say "Created by K.S." and "Verified by A.H."

Initials are preferred: the current portal system lists the curators' full email address under "last modified by" in the portal's line-list view.
