Shorten column names #78

From @JacqSauer: Column names are long (i.e., events.outcome) and confusing. For users who are downloading our data we may want simple names such as “Outcome”.

We would need to discuss this to ensure we agree and don't lose any information. For each column name, what should we shorten it to?

I think this might be best to leave until the schema review/development has gotten further along and we have a better idea of what the G.h revised schema will look like, considering alignment with broader WHO toolkits. In general though I'd say column names should be unique and match those in the data dictionary.

This is similar to #86 - when a user downloads data from the portal, the spreadsheet has very long and confusing names such as "caseReference.sourceurl" or "events.dateConfirmation" these elements appear as "source" and "Confirmation Date" (respectively) in the portal and original mpox line list. To better user engagement and satisfaction, these names should be shorter and more descriptive, which is the issue proposed in #86. Waiting for more development in our day 0 schema/data dictionary would make sense.
